What a wonderful day it’s been!! DAY 2

so for breakfast I just had my scrambled
eggs which are two eggs
there's three sausage links but I ended
up only eating two and only about 1/8 by
the time I was done but it was really
good and filling good morning guys so
today is my third day on this new
adventure and so I'm having a late start
I am so sorry
I did already eat breakfast and what I
think I'm gonna do because I think it's
gonna be easier for me is I think I'm
gonna go ahead and I will just take
pictures of everything that I eat and
then I'm gonna upload it in the videos
as my videos go through just because
it's probably easier to do that if you
guys are wanting to know like the
calorie counts to each of my meals let
me know and I can break that down for
you guys and put that in there something
that was asked of me though and so I
wanted to add this in today is that what
are the calories that I'm trying to stay
within so my calorie spand is from 1800
calories to 2,000 calories the only
reason I did 18 to 2,000 is because if I
was to go over the 18,000 then
technically I'm still I'm still ok I
didn't do anything against what I'm
supposed to be doing right so I kind of
give myself a little bit of a lead way
so that there's no failure filling a
failure because that's a really big
thing like you know that I've talked
about before is that I always have a
fear of failing because I've been told
I'm a failures so I always when I'm
gonna hit something I do it with all my
might because I don't want to be that
failure that I haven't labeled many
years in my life so with that I just
wanted to make sure that I backed myself
up um so far I think pretty much
everyday I haven't even met my 1800
calories I'm trying to don't go wrong
I'm not like trying to starve for myself
or something but
sometimes it's kind of difficult
sometimes to eat when I need to because
I just get busy and then I completely
forget so anyways I just wanted to you
know touch base with you guys this
morning and let you guys know how things
are going and so for breakfast I had
eggs and three sausages I only ate about
half of my eggs and only got down to
sausages I didn't eat the other sausage
so that was four for breakfast and then
for snack I'm just gonna take some of
the rice crackers that I like because we
have to go to Eugene which Eugene is
about a hour and thirty minute drive
from Salem so I want to make sure that
I'm prepared and you know being smart
with with my preparation rather than
being on the road being hungry and then
having to fall into that temptation that
I sometimes get which is run to fast
food or any type of thing and and I know
that yes you can choose healthy fast
food items you can but I really am
enjoying the fact of knowing exactly
what is in each of my Mills it's kind of
it feels like a sense of control for
myself so that is why I am really really
really working hard and also it's just
breaking a cycle of every time I'm in
the car we got to stop and eat I mean
it's just it's a it's a gnarly a gnarly
thing that I deal with and so I just I'm
really trying to break that whole
pattern anyway so I am gonna run and go
do that and I will check in with you
guys and let you guys know how my day's
going hey guys so I'm just checking in
really quick it is 1:55 so it's almost 2
o'clock so I'm gonna go ahead and just
have a little
because I'm just getting a little just a
little hungry so I thought well I better
snip it in the button now before I get
really hungry so I'm just having my rice
crackers because it's a safe snack to
have it car and then also we stopped and
got my tea so anyways that's all I've
had so far since breakfast but I just
wanted to check in with you guys and
give you my little update and we're
almost to our destination so hopefully
excuse me hopefully we'll hurry up get
there and get back it's not time to be
mince car so if anybody knows me knows I
am a macaroni cheese fanatic and what a
temptation this is to sit here and have
to feed my children of course they still
got to eat still have to eat my chiller
eat my children I all I know any of my
children feed my children their food and
not fall into the temptation of eating
it with them as I normally would do on a
normal daily basis so I'm just I'm just
showing you guys see it does take
willpower you can do it you can say no
but that is naughty not eNOS my husband
can't you know make it look any better
right okay so for dinner tonight I got
my grilled vegetables my husband makes
him amazing and then also just a grilled
chicken breast and that was it I didn't
have anything else with it it was all
grilled nothing was fried and the
vegetables do contain potatoes but I'm
okay with potatoes so it completed my
dinner
and here is my nummy-nummy desert this
is all I'm going to have for after
dinner for my little treat
hey guys so we are in the end of the
evening I keep looking up at this
because I'm trying to see I have a glare
on my glasses and it's driving me
absolutely bonkers but so if it's
driving me nuts
I'm sure it's probably you guys nuts
anyways excuse me um I am if I can talk
gosh I am just now finishing my dinner
it is almost 8 o'clock
um today was a much much much better day
I think because I really like
pre-planned my day because I knew we
were gonna be gone in the car for a
while I made sure to take my crackers
and I had my water I had my tea so by
the time I got home I was ready for
lunch
now I apologize I completely forgot
forgot because I was so hungry I just
bought threw down my food but for lunch
day I just had another creamy tomato and
basil soup and I had it with two
tangerines
so that was for lunch I completely
forgot to take a picture of it I know
buddy um but I did I did have that for
lunch and then for dinner I had the
chicken breast and the vegetables and it
was so good and so feeling like I am
stuffed but it was really good and I
think as the days go by I think it's
gonna become easier for me in the sense
of just knowing my schedule because
again it's getting my body on that
routine that I'm not used to like before
I would wake up at like normal time like
8 o'clock and I wouldn't eat until like
10:30 11:00 that would be like my first
meal for the day I wouldn't have drank
anything nothing and then by the time it
was like I say about 3:00 oh no I say
more like round
I would just like be like oh it's lunch
I gotta eat I gotta eat I gotta eat even
though I wasn't probably even hungry cuz
I ate so earlier later in the morning so
now it's like I'm just trying to remind
myself like get up drink a nice glass of
water and wait 45 minutes after I drink
my water eat my first meal and then move
on with the day and I'm noticing that as
long as I eat about every two hours I
think that that's what's gonna help me
not to allow myself to get so hungry
that like I was telling Ollie it's like
chasing myself after I've allowed myself
to get so hungry I have to chase my
hunger with food and that's where I find
myself shoving so much food down because
I'm trying I'm trying to get food in my
stomach
so as of today I think that I kind of
have seen a difference with the way that
I did it where I was eating roughly
around every two hours making sure I had
enough fluid on board that really really
did intensively help a lot so I really
appreciate everybody common team telling
me a maybe eating don't forget to eat
you've got to be eating eat Everett you
know I really appreciate everybody's
encouragement good and bad like I said
I'm okay with both I want to be
accountable I want this is supposed to
be something that I share with you guys
but also as as I go along and I see that
you know you guys are pointing things
out those things might be something I'm
completely blinded by so I know
sometimes you know because sometimes a
comment can be said and some of might
take it a little bit offensive for me
like oh why are you saying that about
her why are you saying that honestly
it's okay I'm really okay with it and I
appreciate everybody having my back I
really really do I really appreciate it
it feels good to have so many people
behind me no matter what rooting me on
because it just makes me want to keep
sticking to it like today there was
there was probably two times if not a
good one time where I was sitting here I
was hungry and I was like you know what
I'm just gonna go in the kitchen just
find something to eat like just find
something and then
I stopped and I thought about you guys
and I was like why why am I gonna do
that why am I gonna sabotage something
that I'm trying to help myself but
promote this healthy lifestyle and
because of you guys
it made me stick to what I'm doing and
stay strong and I made it through it my
husband made my mill and I was happy and
now I'm now I'm overly full no I'm
really good I'm just perfect
but again I just want to appreciate
everybody or appreciate I just want to
say I appreciate everybody and all of
your guys's courage meant all the
special messages I'm getting it's
definitely been something that I've
really needed to hear and again like I
said before mmm
I'm here for you guys just like you guys
are here for me and please please please
can you guys please keep sharing my
video out there I've gotten so many
people you know constantly coming in and
I just want to continue to reach people
and reach people and reach people so if
you guys can keep pushing that video out
and keep getting people to subscribe we
